Hello, my name is Niki.I am not your average tuxedo cat. I am quite a refined lady who keeps herself very clean and above the fray. Not to give you the wrong impression, I am still quite young and have a lot of pep in my step at only 1 or 2 years old. My servant who brings me my food, water and draws my bath saw to it that I got all my immunizations, microchipped and that there will be no little Niki's running around. I would like to tell you about a very special cat. His name is Cisco and he is one of the most lovely and docile adult male cats you have ever held. He loves human companionship, as you can see he does well with being held and cuddled, very gentle natured. But poor Cisco has had a rough life. We are not quite sure of his age but he is an older male cat and came to the pound in horrible shape. He had severe ear mites that created an open infected wound behind his left ear. The wound is healed up due to the love and attention of our staff but his left ear is permanently deformed. Then on top of all that we found out he is FIV+, so Cisco has to go to an only cat household or a household w/other FIV+ cats. Cisco is litter box trained and would be a wonderful house cat. I'm sure Cisco has a loving family out there that would give him the special home he deserves and knowing Cisco,he would pay tht kindness back 10 times over. Here's poor Duke. He was adopted to a loving home and with them for over a year then abruptly returned to us when his mother and father had to relocate. Duke was, of course, a little out of sorts at first but he now trusts us and does very well with our people, our other dogs and all the other cats.
